The tool cleanly shears bolts, and the pivot nut adjusts the tension. It is left and right hand wire looping holes near the tip of the tool. It has full sized, plastic covered cushioned handles for comfort. The wire cutter is in the nose and below the pivot. It is also color coded for easy identification.
