Our pins are crafted from solid Brass rod machined to +/_ 0.0005 inch tolerance while allowing the pins to Float which allows positive alignment and pin contact which is critical to device life. Precision slotted and crimped female contacts are sized to provide constant spring contact pressure even when the pins are damaged. The 2 piece strain Relief accommodates a wide range of wire sizes. All 20a Bates stage pin in lines are available with clear or colored tops while the stage pin panel mounts can be ordered in specific colors. 100a 250V stage pins are available in yellow to denote the unique voltage rating.
