This PE enforced Cloth Gaffers Tape is a superior design having durability & versatility. It is primarily designed for use in the entertainment industry where light reflection or trip hazards are a concern. Generous amounts of natural rubber adhesive sticks to a wide variety of surfaces. This is perfect for holding cords or cables down flat on a stage, bundling, tying, or hanging, and removes clean. Works exceptionally well in applications where cloth duct tapes would also excel, but without the nasty adhesive residue when removing.
The high strength, non-reflective matte backing is conformable, highly water and abrasion resistant, easy to tear by hand and unwind from the roll. This one is great for high traffic floors on stage, show, auditorium, church, school, theatre, and stadium applications. Conforms well to irregular smooth surfaces. There are countless uses for this product, use anywhere you would Duct Tape, with plans to remove it after a short time.
Surfaces MUST BE clean, dust free, and dry as possible before application. While the surface of the tape is moisture and dirt resistant the adhesive is definitely not. Tape adhesive is ALWAYS pressure sensitive and warmth dependent. Make sure you press it firmly into place when applying and have as warm as possible (above 60 degrees) to secure the adhesive. The dryer and warmer the installations are, the better the adhesive will attach.
