The charger does not work for possible reasons：
1. The battery volt-amperes not applicable
2. The charger is broken
3. Poor contact
4. The battery is dead
If it is not properly connected, check whether the battery port is properly connected.
If the battery fails, there are conditions where it is safe to test the battery voltag.
