A.G.E saw blades (American German Engineering) by Amana Tool are designed for the mid size cabinet shops as well as professional hobbyists. These saw blades are Industrial quality, but at a great value. Made in Germany, these saw blades have a massive German precision ground steel plates for tight clearance tolerances. Other features include laser cut expansion slots allowing the blade to expand and contract from heat preventing warpage, extra large European style carbide tips providing more resharpenings. All these features assist in providing longer blade life and smooth cutting. This blade will effectively rip or crosscut hardwoods, softwoods, as well sheet goods, such as plywood and particleboard. It features the time tested combination blade design - four alternate top bevel teeth with a flat top raker. Thin kerf blades reduce waste in expensive material and require less horsepower to operate.
