Dynabrade's (79529) DynaBrite Plus Surface Conditioning Belt is a great abrasive belt choice for any finishing and blending applications on a variety of materials. It has the ability to resist loading on aluminum and other soft materials while producing consistent finishes on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. As an accessory to your Dynabrade abrasive belt tool, it serves as the ideal option for surface conditioning, decorative finishing, light/heavy cleaning, blending, polishing, and removing corrosion or paint. This DynaBrite Plus belt measures at 3/4" (19 mm) wide x 18" (457 mm) long. It features a medium grit/grade, a thick layered abrasive grain for reduced processing times, and tough woven backing that resists edge wear for longer belt life. The tough reinforced non-woven nylon of this belt is coated throughout with high-performance aluminum oxide. Aluminum oxide is tough and known for its high speed penetration of materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, tough bronze and hard wood without excessive fracturing of the grain.
