FEP release film for 3D printer is a casting film of melt extrusion and made of high purity FEP resin (vinyl chloride propylene copolymer). It has good non-viscosity, heat resistance, electrical insulation, mechanical properties, wear resistance, etc.

Installation Steps:

Step1 : Remove screws at the bottom of resin vat and take out the broken release film.

Step2 : Then place the release film between two steel rims

Step3 : Finally put the installed steel wheel back into resin vat and tighten screws

To remove fingerprints, wipe FEP film with a lint-free cloth and isopropyl alcohol (IPA).

NOTE： Be sure to remove the plastic protective cover on both sides of each sheet before mounting.
