Description

Areza Silver Foam Dressing is composed of a sterile polyurethane (PU) foam coated with 0.35~0.40mg/cm3 (17.3~20.1 mg/100cm2) antibacterial ionic silver particles. The high absorbency, along with antibacterial properties, make this a very useful dressing for exudate absorption and the management of partial to full thickness wounds as it aids in providing a proper moist wound healing environment. The antibacterial properties of the dressing last up to 7 days and have been shown to be effective against bacteria such as: Staphylococcus aurous, Enterococcus facials, Streptococcus pyogenic, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Klebsiella pneumonia.
