AmeraLabs Dental model resin DMD-31 produces dimensionally accurate and stable prints. Due to its stiffness and hardness, it can sustain straight edges and print out even the tiniest features. Supports do not bend during printing, keeping the model in place throughout the printing session and giving a higher success rate with complex prints. Carefully pigmented to get ideal beige color that expresses the most intricate details and is pleasing for patient-facing models. Material has very low flexibility and produces models with accurate dimensions. It features low viscosity and is easier to clean before post-curing and maintain all original model features. Water absorption is less than 0.2%. This means that your models will not deform due to moisture or exposure to IPA. Printed models do not deform, because the material has very low shrinkage. Stabilized pigment dispersion enables extremely long vertical 3D printing sessions. There is no significant pigment settling for days. The surface is glossy and hard (88 Shore D), allowing the accurate capture of the model's dimensions. After post-cure, it does not feel sticky or tacky and is pleasant to touch. Primary applications: implant supported and tooth borne fixed restoration models, digital wax-up printing with excellent quality of surface and attractive color, accurate removable dies and base of alveolar model (Willi Geller model), orthodontic models, study models.
