Q1: Why battery connector don't fit?

A1: Please check if you have bought and received wrong model battery, you can check your phone model on the back of your phone.

Q2: Why the phone can't turn on/charged after installing?

A2: Make sure the battery connector is connected correctly and charge the phone 20 minutes with original charger and cable. (Suggest test it before sealing your Phone.)

Q3: Why is my battery not showing 100% charge?

A3: For safety, the battery was never fully charged before leaving the factory and testing. Normally, the battery should be between 3% and 80% charged when you first use it.

Q4: Will I lose any data when changing my battery?

A4: No data will be lost if the repair process is done correctly.

Q5: Does this battery give a correct report in the capacity test app on the mobile phone?

A5: After 2-3 times of use (charge / discharge), the battery can be fully activated and achieve optimal performance. Please note that due to developer restrictions in the APP Store, all applications downloaded from the App Store can only read the capacity of original batteries.
