Cast N Turn is very easy to use and has a generous 12-minute working time. Its simple 1:1 mix ratio is designed to be measured by volume, instead of by weight as other casting urethanes are measured. So you don't need a fancy digital scale or gram scale to get a perfect mix ratio and a proper cure. This unique resin has a low viscosity that makes it ideal for blending in dyes and pigments, such as mica powders. Just be sure to mix the tint into the Part A component first and mix thoroughly, before combining Part A and Part B. It's also ideal for encapsulating objects such as stabilized wood burls and worthless wood.

After you've poured your casting, put it in a pressure pot to cure and to ensure a 100% bubble-free casting. The demold time is 2-4 hours; full cure time is 5-7 days. Cured pieces can be sanded, cut, drilled, and polished to a high shine. They will also hold out against yellowing when exposed to sunlight.
