This spare or replacement electric fireplace remote control works with Touchstone Sideline and AudioFlare series electric fireplaces (model numbers 80004, 80006, 80011, 80014, 80015, 80017, 80024, 80025, 80027, 80028, 80029, 80032, 80035, and 80043). This remote control only works with these models, so please don't try to use it with one of our other fine fireplaces, like the Sideline Elite, Sideline Anti-Glare Screen-Front, Sideline Infinity, Sideline Deluxe, Chesmont, Fury, Valueline, Onyx, and Ivory model fireplaces - it will not work. Touchstone's remote control allows you to turn the unit on and off, and adjust the fireplace's heat settings, flame color, flame brightness, and shut-off timer. The remote requires 2 AAA batteries (batteries are not included).
