  • 1/4 Inch NPT Thermal Relief Valve ,The thermal release valve must be replaced once the temperature rise to 145°F. Maximum temperature of pump inlet is 200 PSI.
  • The thermal protector for pressure washer is made of heavy duty brass, durable, resistance to oil, corrosion.
  • Pressure washer thermal release valve is used to prevent pumps from being overheated at work. Once the pump temperature rises up to 145°F, seal on the valve melts and then hot water will be expelled out and cold water will be allowed in.
  • The thermal release valve is compatible with many brands pressure washers, such as Generac, Homelite, Karcher, Briggs, Power Stroke, Husky, Black Max, Craftsman, Him Ore and Ridged. Replacement parts for Homelite 678169004, 678169002 and 678169001. Fit for Briggs and Stratton parts 208673GS, 21783GS, 194298GS and B3090GS.
  • Completed with 1/4" NPT thread, the thermal relief valve can be simply installed, disassembled with tools.
