It is a universal serpentine belt tensioner wrench with 19mm and 14mm end common on all serpentine belt tensioners on most Honda.
Specification: 12 point hex, 14mm/19mm sockets.

Operating Instructions:
Choose the appropriate end for the application being serviced.
Apply the tool to the tensioner, compress and remove the belt.

Note:
