The PEY supports temp up to 180°C, making it ideal for low-temp filaments like PLA. Our PEI provides a delicate matte texture, exuding a calm and stable quality, with high-temp resistance up to 300°C.
【Premium Materials】:In addition to procuring thick PEY film and our proprietary high-adhesion PEI formula, we use a 0.4mm thick stainless steel plate that is resistant to deformation and rust. With high flatness and ample toughness, it provides strong adhesion, making it extremely user-friendly, especially for Newer. We have extensively tested and verified the results on various machines.
【Usage Guidelines】: Attention should be paid to the nozzle-to-surface distance to prevent permanent scars. Regular cleaning with alcohol or a cleaning agent is recommended to maintain surface cleanliness. Dirt and oil stains can reduce print adhesion and affect the clarity of the rainbow starry pattern on the PEY surface. In extreme conditions such as humid filaments, intricate models, or high-speed printing, adjusting print speed and increasing bed temp are recommended based on our experience.
