Included: A total of moulds, 2 sizes, 8 moulds per row of teeth.
How To Use:
1. Select the correct veneer mould. Ideally, the mould covers the entire surfaces of the tooth.
2. If necessary, remove all caries and prepare teeth minimally.
3. Place adjacent separation substrates (fiber, polytetrachloroethylene or metal substrates).
4. Etch, rinse, apply adhesive to tooth surfaces and photocure according to manufacturer's instructions.
5. Apply the composite directly to the tooth. No photocuring.
6. Press the concave side of the selected Uveneer template onto the uncured composite using the thumb. Press with force. This removes trapped gas.
7. Align the center line of the Uveneer template with the center line of the face and perpendicular to the incision plane.
8. Clean excess composite material around.
9. Complete photocure according to manufacturer's instructions.
10. Lift handle and finish composite photocure to remove Uveneer template.
11. Avoid smoothing surfaces. Use a fine flame shaped surgical drill to trim off excess surrounding composite materials and adjust the cutting edge with a surgical drill or disc as needed.
12. Immediately after use, wipe, dry, bag and autoclave the template according to the product maintenance and use instructions.
