You are purchasing a brand new pair of (2) thermoforming teeth whitening trays. Heat and form tray instructions: Heat a bowl of water to boiling. Dip for 3 seconds and insert in mouth one tray at a time, sucking out the air and moisture for a custom fit. Rinse with cool water. Bench dry. Trim tabs. Use with whitening syringe (sold separately).
