Direction for use:
- Soak your feet in lukewam water for 10-15 minutes and wipe dry. Take out the foot mask and cut the seal, put it on and gently press the outer layer of the mask with your hands to make you feet closely come into contact with the essence. Wear the mask fot 60-90 minutes to take the essence in the liquid to be absorbed into the skin, You can wear regular socks above.
- Remove the mask and rinse with clear water.

Tips:
- About 7 days the dead skin will naturally start falling off from your feet.
