Note :
Using boiling water or hot water straight from a dispenser should be avoided because the high temperature can harm the bite guard for teeth grinding.

To ensure that the water temperature is within the appropriate range of 176-185℉, utilize a cooking thermometer. If the temperature exceeds 185℉, the sleep mouth guard will become overly soft, while a temperature below 176℉ will result in insufficient softening.
