500 10 Mil standard Military Card size Hot Laminating Pouches 2-5/8 x 3-7/8" with Slot One Long Side. Metric 67mm x 98mm and 250 microns thick Laminator Pockets & Sleeves. We recommend no larger than 2" x 3-5/8" paper in this size hot laminating pouch, which would leave a 1/8" laminate border around your sheet and avoid the slot.
TIPS: Industry standard specification for 10 mil laminating pouches is 10 mils on each flap for a total of 20 mils added to your paper sheet. Also, 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch (or 25 microns metric). The industry calls these laminating pouches when they are sealed on only one edge instead of three. They should be called laminating folders.
