This 8-day Schneider cuckoo clock was hand-carved in the Black Forest, Germany. Clock is made of wood, with wooden dial, wooden hands, and wooden house. The cuckoo bird is also made of wood. The cuckoo bird comes out to ""cuckoo"" the count of the hour, every hour, and ""cuckoos"" once every half hour. There is a silencing lever on the left side of the clock, to silence the clock at night.
