The frame (11” X 14”) can display 80 to 100 small pins depending on the measurements. If you are going to display just medals then you can probably show case 30 medals total. Just open the front cover, remove the clasp from your pin and stick it through the felt cover into the special foam beneath. There is a little groove at the bottom for you to store the clasps or the backpieces for the pins If you are going to display challenge coins or flat items you are going to have to use your own Velcro strip to stick it on the background.
