How to Use:

2. Lie on your side on the yoga mat, support your upper body with your arms, put the trainer between your knees and press your thighs.
3. Sit on the yoga mat, support your upper body with both hands, place the trainer between your knees and press your thighs. Keep your feet off the ground and support your hands to keep your abs tight while pressing your thighs.
4. Fix the trainer on your thighs and grab the trainer with both hands to assist in practicing sit ups.
