SPECIFICATIONS:
Compatible with all thermal pouch laminators capable of sealing 5 mil 12 x 18 inch lamination pouches (metric size: 305mm x 457mm x 125 micron x 2 flaps adds 250 microns thickness to your sheet). 5 mil thickness is one of the more popular medium weight laminating pouches for rigidity, protection and compatible with nearly every thermal pouch laminator on the market.
Laminates have pre-rounded corners for a smooth professional finish.
Matte finish both sides provides a low-glare surface for write-on signatures, notes, and scores with pencil or ballpoint pen.

Note: Industry standard specification for 5 mil laminating pouches is 5 mil on each flap for a total of 10 mil added to your paper sheet card. 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch (metric: 25 microns). The industry calls these pouches; however, are sealed on only one edge instead of three (more like a file folder than a pouch, but with a 3/32” flat folded spine).

Tips:When trying any brand for the 1st time, consider running at a slightly lower temperature (or faster speed). If the results are cloudy, you can always run the sheet again at a higher temperature or slower speed, but you cannot fix heat blisters caused by running too hot or too slow.
If planning on trimming laminated sheets, wait 24 to 72 hours for curing time for a professional cut edge.
