Step 1 Put the mason jar cap on the bottle cap (not suitable for one-piece caps with rings).

Step 2 press the sealer down firmly, keeping it smooth.

Step 3 Remove the top Mason jar sealer by adding a ring lid (ring lids are not included in our packages) to double the effect.

If you're wondering why I can't seal it up when I use it?

Then you need to pay attention to: -Don't overfill the jar when filling soft or runny foods, the less air in the jar, the longer the sealer will work and the shorter the sealing effect will be.

Check that the mouth of the mason jar is dry and clean. -If there is water or debris in the mouth of the jar, the mason jar sealer will not be able to seal.

The Mason jar vacuum sealer is not pressed into place or allowing the mouth of the jar to fully enter the sealer.

The Mason jar and cap do not match.

Warm tips: frequent use may cause the silicone ring inside the Mason jar vacuum sealer to dislocate, resulting in seal failure, please manually adjust to the original position before use.
