1. Please tighten the middle spreader locking system or we do not recommend you holding the telescopic pole around the center column. Once it moves, your hands could be hurt.
2. Not for heavy lens! Need to buy more professional tripod and quick release plate if you want to equip heavy lens.
3. This tripod cannot be transferred to a monopod and the pan head cannot be taken down. Please do not make such a try or you may dissemble the product.
