- Peel off film marked ‘Step 1'
- Place on pain area, peel off the remaining film
- Remove film marked 'Step 2'

DIRECTIONS
Adults and children 12 years of age and over:
. clean and dry affected area
. peel off protective backing film
. Apply exposed patch to the pain area and press around to smooth it
. Care fully remove covering films
. Tear off patch from the skin after at most 24 hours of application.
Children under 12 years of age:
. contact doctor before use
