They are 100pcs for each bundles,You do have to pull them all apart, which isn't that hard to do. One tip is to bend them back and forth, then bend backwards again and run your fingers along the edges of the petals to get them to "fan out" a bit. Bend back again and pull apart. I figured that out after doing several of the bundles and that worked beautifully
