1.If the red light turns on and no water is drawn up to the ice making compartment (located by evaporator rods), the water pump may be stuck and is pumping only air.You can disconnect the power cord and gently pushing the shovel back and forth, then restart it.
2.Please empty the water and dry it for storage if the ice maker is not used for a long time.
3.Clearance of a minimum of 5" should be maintained around the ice machine in order to sustain proper performance, dissipation of heat, maintain efficiency and low power consumption.
4.If a new countertop ice makers does not make ice, it may be backflow of refrigerant caused by transportation. Please let it stand upright steadily on table and stable for 24H before use.
