1. Do not touch the glue directly with your hands because the temperature is high during heating. Wear gloves and protective clothing if necessary to prevent burns.
2. Because the product is used at a temperature of 150-180 °C, the operating temperature can not exceed 180°C for a long time,
so as not to and reduce the viscosity.
3. Wipe the surface of the material to be bonded and keep it dry before gluing.
4. The amount of glue in the glue pot should be added according to the actual situation, and too much will lead to multiple rounds of melting of the colloidal particles,
which will make its deterioration and aging, reduce viscosity and affect adhesion.
5. Due to different texture and melting point, it should not be mixed with other types of colloidal particles.
6. Regularly clean the preheated glue pan and keep the glue pan clean.
7. Please keep in a cool, dry and ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight, because the opening and curing time will change with the glue temperature
and ambient temperature, coating amount, fitting time and fitting pressure.

Storage method:
Store in a dry and cool place below 40°C for a period of 2 years.

Operation prompt:
1. The actual temperature of the hot melt glue on the wheel should be measured often with a thermometer.
2. Low temperature of the pulley will cause low adhesion.
3. In order to avoid thermal degradation of the product, the temperature of the rubber groove in the working gap should be properly reduced.
