Q: When will my item ship?
❤A: We are a third party seller. All of your items will ship by Amazon from the Amazon fulfillment center in the U.S. Have any questions about shipping services please contact Amazon directly.

Q: What is the Material used?
❤A: It's printed on a premium quality paper board of 140 lb (300gsm) which is similar to card stock.

Q: Ribbons are already hung in banner?
❤A: No. The banner is not pre-strung. You can string it up in 2-3 minutes using the plastic needle inside the package. Pennants are able to be moved along the satin ribbon to the spacing you prefer.
