While the Instinct S is flexible, it features our proprietary CTS Technology—a combination of tension rubber down the length of the shoe and softer rubber in the toe area—delivering the kind of strength and precision you'd expect from a stiffer shoe. The microfiber upper is reinforced with elastic so this pair is easy to get on and off in between burns but won't stretch out and feel sloppy over time.
