Description

Pair the Sundown Audio SA-12 v.3 D2 12" car subwoofer with the RS12 sealed enclosure and a complete single-box installation kit. The SA v.3 platform keeps the 2.75" coil diameter while extending coil length for 22mm one-way linear Xmax, and it combines the motor, cone, and suspension design for the intended power level in daily systems.

SA-12 v.3 D2 power handling: 1500-Watts RMS / 3000-Watts peak, dual 2-Ohm coils, 84.5 dB sensitivity, FS 35 Hz

Motor control features: magnet and pole-cap Faraday rings, vented magnetic gap, and a solid pole with vent channels to help reduce distortion and support smooth response

Build components: paper cone, strong foam surround, custom-tooled aluminum frame, and a cast aluminum vented frame spacer ring

Thermal and durability design: 2.75" aluminum voice coil former, high-temperature copper coil wire, stitched-on double XL tinsel leads, spring-loaded terminals, and an X-mech limit of 41mm one-way
