Most magnetic bases are built for convenience, not security. They snap on fast. They feel solid on a tripod. Then you hit a bump, catch a strap, or mount the camera somewhere with vibration — and the spring-loaded clip is the only thing between your Insta360 and the ground.
We kept the convenience. Then we added a mechanical dead-lock.
Snap your X5, X4 Air, or Ace series camera onto the magnetic deck. Strong internal magnets pull it into a precise, wobble-free fit. Now flip the locking lever down. A steel clasp physically blocks the release channel. The camera cannot detach until you decide it should. Flip the lever back up for instant quick-release.
Magnetic speed when you're switching setups. Mechanical security when you're riding, hiking, or mounting somewhere that matters. Not a trade-off. Just both.
1/4"-20 Thread — The Universal Standard
No proprietary prongs. No ecosystem lock-in. The bottom of this mount is a standard 1/4"-20 threaded hole — the same thread used by every tripod, selfie stick, and extension arm in photography. Screw it onto your existing gear and go. Nothing extra to buy. Nothing extra to carry.
