The Triton T41200BS 4"x"24" Belt Sander is host to many significant features, from variable speed control for improved versatility, to belt tracking adjustment for accurate alignment of the sanding belt. Fitted with a powerful 1200W/10Ah motor and with a large sanding surface area 100 x 156mm (4" x 6"), the T41200BS sands with increased material removal rate and improved work rate. The supplied inversion clamps and bench mounting mat enables the belt sander to be quickly and easily transform into an efficient bench-mounted sanding unit by fitting to a stable workbench. For a cleaner, safer working environment, the T41200BS is fitted with a rear dust port that connects to the dust bag supplied with the tool, or can be connected to a dust extraction system. The lock-on button and rubber over-moulded grip offers better egonomics and superior control of the tool, especially when operating for an extended period.
