1、 Purpose
Different coatings and testing items require the preparation of coatings with different thicknesses, and the consistency of coatings on the same test piece or group of test pieces is a prerequisite for various testing tasks. To this end, high-precision preparators can be used to prepare coatings of different thicknesses while minimizing human error, allowing the detection items to be carried out under the same conditions.
The four sided preparation device is devised and manufactured based on internationally popular technology and combined with the actual situation in China. Its characteristics are: high film making accuracy, small size, multiple uses of one object, suitable for preparing the required film on steel plates, plastics, and wooden boards. Suitable for water-based, acidic, and alkaline products.
2、 Working principle
The thickness value of the film is determined by the groove depth value of the preparation device. The SZQ frame type four sided preparation device has three specifications, and each specification can be used for coating with four thickness values.
3、 Usage
Place the template on the platform and secure it, and do not move it when the preparator scratches it. Place the preparator in a position close to and parallel to the short edge of the sample, or as specified, and then place about 5ml of the sample in the preparator box. Hold both ends of the sample with your fingers and scratch it evenly at a speed of 150mm/S to apply the desired wet film.
4、 Custody
After use, clean with solvent and wipe dry, apply anti oil or neutral petroleum jelly, and store at room temperature.
