Special Features

  • It will provide power for a 220v - 3phase motor rated between 1 HP and max of 3 HP. Model number is SCM03. This is a new static phase converter unit that I can be used to power a 3 phase milling machine, drill press, lathe or any easy to normal starting load. Please keep in mind that a static phase converter provides 2/3's of the rated HP with whatever motor you power it with.
  • Wall Mount – No Machine Modification Needed – Wires directly to the line side of your single‑phase circuit. Use your existing three‑phase equipment without internal changes. Instruction sheet included.
  • Built‑In Fault Indicator & Protection – Front‑mounted warning light alerts you to incorrect wiring. Includes a 250VAC rated start capacitor with discharge resistor and a heavy‑duty voltage sensing relay circuit.
  • Screw‑Secured Internal Parts – All components are held by screws and brackets – no rivets or glue. Custom enclosure provides extra space for wiring, plus a larger terminal block with separate posts for single‑phase input, three‑phase motor output, and ground.
  • Important Horsepower Note – A static phase converter supplies about 2/3 of the motor's rated horsepower. Ideal for shops without commercial three‑phase power.
