Q&A.
Note: Please pay attention to the positive and negative poles before connecting the power supply. If you are trying to connect the filament to the battery, it is recommended to try more than two. If you use a battery, the filament may not emit light due to insufficient voltage!
1—Does the LED soft filament need a heat sink?
Answer: The LED filament does not require a radiator, and the LED uses current ≤10mA, and does not require heat dissipation.
2—Can the 18650 battery DC3.7V light up the soft LED filament?
Answer: No, our LED filament voltage is standard DC3V.
If you use DC3.7V, the voltage is too high and the filament temperature is very high, which will burn out the lamp beads.
3—Where is the LED soft filament used?
Answer: Generally used for light bulbs, DIY handmade toys, DIY decoration design.
4—Can the flexible LED filament be perpendicular to 90 degrees?
Answer: No. Maximum bending angle of LED filament≥30°
5—Can flexible LED filament be cut at will?
Answer: No. If it is cut, it will not light up.
6—Can LED soft filament work in water?
Answer: No. But you can DIY by yourself, put a transparent plastic tube outside the LED filament, it can work in the water.
7—What is the color rendering index of the LED flexible filament?
Answer: Color rendering index ≥80
8—How to light up the flexible LED filament?
Answer: Two AA batteries in series = 3V can light up the filament, or use 3V DC power supply
