Surface conditioning wheel features hook and loop assembling system that simplifies the installation. The sanding disc can be used for cleaning, furnishing, and blending welds on aluminum, stainless steel, and steel surfaces. The grit disc offers a non-woven construction for a controlled and consistent finish on curved, flat, and uneven surfaces. Metal conditioner works at an optimal range of 4,000 - 6,500 rpm with maximum 11,000 rotations per minute.
