Special Features

  • Adjustable temperature control: This barrel heater features an adjustable thermostat that allows you to set and maintain a temperature range from 86 to 302°F (30 to 150°C) for optimal heating.
  • Efficient heating performance: The internal heating element utilizes high-quality nickel-chromium alloy wire for rapid and effective heat conduction. The 1.8MM thick heating pad ensures quick heating and high efficiency. Note: For plastic drums, keep the thermostat set below 100°F (37°C).
  • Flexible spring design: The spring can stretch up to approximately 3 inches, enabling a secure attachment of the silicone band heater around various diameter pails, ensuring it stays in place on the drum.
  • User-friendly operation: Simply wrap the silicone rubber heater around the desired application, use the provided hook and coil spring attachments for a secure fit, and adjust the thermostat to your preferred temperature for immediate warming and consistent heat management. The entire heat pad is easy to install, move, and reinstall.
  • Versatile application: This drum heater is compatible with most 55-gallon drums and barrels made of steel or poly plastic. It is particularly effective for heating waste vegetable oil for settling or processing biofuels. It is also suitable for heating industrial propane tanks, pipes, valves, instruments, and barrels with good thermal conductivity.

Description

This Silicone Band Drum Heater is designed to fit most 55-gallon (208L) kegs. Constructed from durable silicone rubber, it effectively prevents freezing and ensures contents remain at optimal temperatures. The adjustable thermostat allows you to set temperatures between 86 to 302℉ (30 to 150℃). With a withstand voltage greater than 5 KV, this heavy-duty heater is suitable for various applications, including metal buckets, honey buckets, plastic buckets, paint buckets, and more. It is available in different sizes and wattages to cater to specific capacity needs:
