This Panduit PSL-KT-PWR lockout/tagout kit contains multiple devices used to isolate electrical distribution panels. It is a 37-piece kit for a variety of lockout procedures. It has a 10.25 x 14.75 x 4.63 inch (H x W x D) steel case for mounting or carrying, with nine mounting holes in the back. It includes padlocks for securing the lockout devices and maintenance tags for warning workers.
