Special Features

  • This thermal overload relay is an electrical protection device specifically designed for AC motors. It features selectable automatic and manual reset, test and stop buttons, and real-time monitoring of the motor's operating current.

  • This motor protector has basic overload protection functions. When the current exceeds the set value for a period of time, it will automatically disconnect the circuit. It also integrates phase loss protection function, which can detect phase loss faults and respond to prevent the motor from burning out in the phase loss state, significantly increasing the service life of the equipment.
  • When using this motor overload, install it on the matching CJX2 contactor, connect the wires correctly according to the markings on the housing, connect the power supply to the main circuit, and connect the normally closed and normally open auxiliary contacts of the relay to the control circuit of the contactor; finally, use a screwdriver to adjust the current on the front to the same value as the rated current, and it is ready for use.
  • During use, please note that you must select a model whose adjustable current range can fully cover the rated current of the motor, and perform all installation and wiring operations with the power completely off. If the relay trips due to overload, do not reset it immediately.
