Description

AS5047P magnetic sensor is a 14-bit resolution IC from ASM Technologies that features PWM and Serial communication protocol for fast and convenient data transfer capability. This sensor can be used as a replacement to an optical and mechanical encoder. The form-factor of the component is small, hence is space efficient for encoder applications. Use cases - Can be used in getting motor RPM feedback for any kind of motors such as 3-phase BLDC motors, Stepper motors, and others. This sensor can also be used as a feedback sensor for Field Oriented Control (FOC) for drones.
