Instructions:
1. Weighing
Before weighing, thoroughly stir the thick glue. Use a digital scale to accurately weigh Glue A and Glue B in a 1:1 weight ratio, ensuring the resin is thoroughly mixed on the sides and bottom of the container.
2. Mixing
Use the weighed Glue A and Glue B until evenly mixed. When mixing manually, ensure the resin is thoroughly dispersed on the sides and bottom of the container.
3. Pouring
Pour the mixed Glue A and Glue B into the object to be potted. Initial curing typically takes 2 hours, and full curing typically takes 24 to 48 hours.
4. If potting a large amount, it is recommended to pot in batches, preferably no more than 100 ml at a time, and then cure at room temperature or with heat.
Product Features:
1. Self-leveling, bubble-free: Low viscosity after mixing, moderate curing speed, excellent working time, good flowability, excellent sealing and insulation properties, and enhanced product protection.
2. Strong adhesive seal: Waterproof and aging-resistant, suitable for potting underwater connectors, aquarium pumps, and other equipment.
3. Repairability: Potted components can be disassembled for repair and replacement, and this potting compound can be used to repair them without leaving any traces.
Precautions:
1. This product is a two-component potting compound consisting of Glue A and Glue B. Glue A contains fillers and may delaminate or settle after long-term non-use. When using, thoroughly stir the thickened glue and mix in a 1:1 weight ratio (note, not volume).
2. The more glue is mixed, the slower the curing speed. Please control the amount of glue mixed each time. It is recommended to use no more than 100 ml at a time and add in batches.
3. Surface Preparation: Before use, clean the potting area and ensure it is free of oil and water to achieve optimal bonding.
4. Keep this product out of the reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion.
5. In cold weather, it is recommended to place thick glue separately in a heat-resistant container and warm the container over hot water before use.
