The motor functions have been tested and found to be in good condition.

The red heat shrink tubing sleeve on the outer side of the encoder is the transmitting tube,
with a red thin wire positive pole and a black thin wire negative pole. The emission current limit is controlled within 10ma.
The black heat shrink tubing sleeve near the inside is the receiving tube, with a red thin wire positive pole and a black thin wire negative pole.

This water pump has a nominal voltage of 12V and a power of approximately 8W.
It can operate with a measured voltage of 5-12V, and the voltage determines the flow rate.
When using 5V low voltage, a one may not be able to run smoothly.
As long as the high voltage of 12V runs smoothly, the working voltage can be reduced.
The measured flow rate of the water pump is 5V with no load current of 0.45A, flow rate of 90ml/min,
12V with no load current of 0.6A, flow rate of 290ml/min.

The motor can also be controlled by a PWM brush motor speed controller to change the flow rate.
For higher precision control, the motor encoder feedback can be used to achieve high-precision quantitative output,
which requires personal research. The water pump weighs about 103 grams.
