Ultra Shield® Burnishing Formula is a high-performance floor enhancer designed to strengthen acrylic floor finishes, reducing scuffs and scratches. It creates a brilliant, wet-look shine with a non-slip surface, making it ideal for commercial environments. Easy to apply, it eliminates the need for frequent stripping and offers long-lasting durability.
Preparation and Application
For optimal results, ensure the floor has 3-4 coats of finish. Ultra Shield works well on various flooring types (VCT, Terrazzo, Marble, Ceramic, etc.). Apply using one of two methods:
Damp Mopping: Mix 2 oz of Ultra Shield with 1 gallon of cold water in a mop bucket. Use a microfiber mop for floor cleaning.
Spray Bottle: Mix 1 oz of Ultra Shield with cold water in a spray bottle.
Application Instructions
Damp Mopping: Wring out the mop and apply Ultra Shield slightly thinner than a floor finish coat.
Spray Bottle: Spray Ultra Shield in a stream (not mist), and let the floor pad evenly spread the solution during burnishing.
Burnishing Instructions
Burnish wet or dry: After damp mopping, wait 1 minute to allow drying before burnishing. When sprayed, begin burnishing immediately for a deeper shine.
