Description

Weld-in Bung for 1.5" ID Tubing | Fits 1.25" RH Heim Joints This right-hand thread tube adapter is purpose-built for 1.25" Heim joints and fits seamlessly into 1.5" ID DOM tubing, making it ideal for .120" or .250" wall thickness. Designed to withstand the rigors of lower links and high-impact areas in your suspension, this bung is made to handle tough conditions. The machining allows the Heim shank to sit deeper within the tube, providing extra support and reinforcing the weld area. While it's not made from chromoly, its smart construction ensures lasting durability. Specifications: Parts Number: E 60107 Thread Size: 1.25"-12 TPI (Right-Hand Thread) Tube Fitment: Fits 1.5" ID tubing (.120" or .250" wall DOM) Design: Deeper thread engagement for added strength Material: High-quality mild steel Use Case: Built for lower links, trailing arms, and abuse-prone joints Application: 4-link systems, custom suspension setups, and steering builds Made in the USA Sold individually Welding Tip: To prevent thread damage, always begin welding on the tube rather than the adapter, and never weld with the rod end already installed. Make sure the part has cooled completely before installing Heim joints to avoid any risk of warping or seizing.
