Polyester strap have been widely used in the packa of steel, paper, lumber, tobacco, bricks, building materials, chemical fiber,cotton, metal products, and many other sectors.
Common Problem
1. The heating can be used after 3-5 minutes of power on. The thick hot-melt PP plastic tape will take lonr to fuse.
2. Thin straps with low heat of fus. The straps will fuse after a lonr fus time. Just before use, you should simulate fus several times in advance to find the best fus time for thick and thin straps.
3. It is very important that the fus surface of the two belts be instantly joined, so the ironing head quickly retracts. Clamp the jaws firmly for about 2 seconds.
4. Two consecutive heat fuss for heavy items play the role of double insurance.
