This 150 Grit Diamond Honing Stone Set is engineered for use with Sunnen CV-616 and CK-10 honing machines, fully compatible with CK Series Master Holder Sets like EHU525, EHU518, and DM45.
Made with synthetic diamond abrasive and built in a metalbond matrix, these stones are ideal for semi-coarse honing, combining reliable stock removal with stable surface finish. The 150 grit rating provides a surface roughness (Ra) of 50–65, which makes it perfect for mid-stage honing on materials such as hardened steel, carbide, cast iron, and high-strength alloys.
