Product Brief
The AHT20 temperature and humidity sensor is embedded in a dual row flat no pin SMD package suitable for reflow soldering. The sensor outputs calibrated digital signals in standard I2C format. AHT20 is equipped with ASIC dedicated chips, MEMS semiconductor capacitive humidity sensing elements, and on-chip temperature sensing elements, greatly improving its performance. Each sensor has been calibrated and tested, and the product batch number is printed on it.
